Shipping & Returns
HOMEZ SG currently ships to any street address in Singapore, excluding restricted areas e.g. Pulau Ubin.
We ship our orders through our in-house delivery team, and other carefully selected delivery service providers especially for Door-step Deliveries. Please note that furniture items are only delivered within Singapore.
Our standard delivery timing is Monday to Friday, between 10.00am - 7.00pm (extendable to 10.00pm due to hiccups, weather and traffic conditions).
Deliver Surcharge
Enjoy free shipping on order value $60 and above and pay $5 for order value below $60. These rates are only applicable for orders in Singapore. Our system will auto-calculate the shipping fee based on the products.
Delivery surcharge is applicable if customer request specific delivery date on weekdays ($30) or Saturday ($50).
Delivery surcharge for non-lift accessible floors is applicable with a fee of $20 per item per non-lift accessible floor which must be collected by our Customer Support team before the completion of the delivery. This fee will also be applicable to stairs within landed properties or HDB maisonette.
Delivery surcharge of $30 is also applicable Sentosa / Tuas Area.
We do not deliver on Sunday and Public Holidays Delivery takes 3-9 working days (excluding weekend and Public Holidays).
Return Policy
We can do return & refund for you!
We do have 30-DAYS NO REASON RETURN & REFUND service. If you change your mind, you may notify us for Return & Refund within 30 days of the date you received the item, no questions will be asked.
Please take note that:
-Only items in as-new condition can be returned.
-Some items not refundable, like mattresses, bedsheet, cushions etc.
-There are 20% restocking fee or $30 (whichever higher) & S$50 delivery fee charged per returned item; these fees will be deducted from your refund.
